Hit a hole in one for TMC for Children

TMC for Children gears up for the 34th annual Play Yellow (Hook-N-Slice) Tucson Golf Tournament. The tournament has been a huge success in past years attracting more than 200 players and raising thousands of dollars. Hosted at the El Conquistador Golf Course on Dec. 6, 2024, the proceeds benefit TMC for Children, Southern Arizona's only Children's Miracle Network Hospital.

Join us for a day full of memories, games, food and an impactful experience where your impact will create ripple effects far beyond the golf course. We are excited to be able to invite you all to join our TMC family and CMN Champion to an inspiring day FORE the kids!

Location: El Conquistador Golf Course
Time: 7:30 a.m. registration, 9 a.m. shotgun start 

You can also print out the registration form, save it and send it to TMC Health Foundation, 5301 E. Grant Rd, Tucson AZ, 85712.

TMC Health employees can use payroll deduction (PRD) to register. The cost will be spread out over two paychecks. To use PRD, complete the registration form and save it. Then you can send it in either by printing and putting into interoffice mail to the TMC Health Foundation or attaching to an email and sending to Xury Broyles, xury.broyles@tmcaz.com.
