Game to make a difference

Extra Life is a year-round fundraising initiative that inspires gamers of any kind (not just video gaming) to make a difference for children's health in their local community. We at TMC for Children are excited to help you connect with a community of gamers from all over Southern Arizona and beyond to help change kids’ health by raising funds while playing games.

These donations are then put towards life-saving treatments and health services, vital pediatric medical equipment, child life services and so much more. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $87 million for benefitting member hospitals in the Children’s Miracle Network. Getting started

It's easy to join the movement and start fundraising with Extra Life:

  • Set your goals on how much you want to fundraise.
  • Determine how you want to raise those funds - We encourage creativity and have gamers in our local community that raise funds by playing Minecraft, disc golf, baking and even crocheting!
  • Reach out to friends and family to donate to your page.

** Bonus step: bring in friends and family to join you in the cause, create teams and participate in Signature Event Dates for even more fun, like game day on the first Saturday of November!

We even have a Tucson Team made for local and solo gamers to join! Join now!

Gaming is a new and innovative path for fundraising and we can’t wait for you to join us in our mission to change kids’ health to change the future! If you have more questions about Extra Life, it’s impact or anything else, please feel free to reach out to Rachel Caho by email, rachel.caho@tmcaz.com, or phone, (520) 282-2817.
